General terms
- Orders are valid indefinitely
- Orders are binding, 14 or 30 day safisfaction guarantee is applied to web hosting plans
- The terms and conditions will be delivered by email
- Invoices are sent 2-3 months prior to the beginning of a new period
- Invoices are sent by email, mail or electronic invoice
- The period of notice is 14 days
- Contracts can only be terminated in the control panel
- Termination must be done not later than on the due date of the invoice
- The services will be active until the time you’ve paid for, even if the termination was done in advance

Payment service conditions
Payment service provider
Our payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) which is working in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Delivery of the service
Delivery of the Service will begin immediately after payment or processing of the order. The Customer has no right of withdrawal under Chapter 6, Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) due to the digital content nature of the service. The loss of the right of withdrawal is communicated at the time of the order, in which the customer waives the right of withdrawal. For further information, please visit the website of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
Cancellation of a subscription
As a general rule, it is not possible to cancel an order. The loss of the cancellation right must be accepted in our ordering system at the time of ordering. Cancellation is possible on a case-by-case basis if the delivery of the order has not started before you contact us. Delivery is deemed to be the processing or payment of the order.
Exceptions to this are web hosting services, where a satisfaction guarantee is in place. The order can be cancelled within 14 or 30 days from the date of order. In the case of a satisfaction guarantee, the normal annual fee for the domain and any additional services are shall still be paid, the satisfaction guarantee only applies to the web hosting part (server space) of the order. The domain remains available for normal use and can be transferred away from us if necessary. There is no separate charge for the refund. The price list for domains can be found here.

The refund will be made by default for the payment method used by the customer.
