Terms and conditions in short

  • The orders are binding, 14 day satisfaction guarantee is applied to web hosting plans
  • The terms and conditions will be delivered be email
  • The orders are valid indefinitely

Invoicing

  • Invoices are sent 2-3 months prior to the beginning of a new period
  • Invoices are sent by email, mail or electronic invoice
  • The period of notice is 14 days

Contract termination

  • Contracts can only be terminated in the control panel
  • Termination must be done not later than on the due date of the invoice
  • The services will be active until the time you’ve paid for even if the termination was done in advance
